I am doing a lot of things to help heal my heels. I started the StepStroong protocol about 2 weeks ago. My feet are getting better. I think this mix of proteolytic enzymes is a good protocol for eating up the inflammation and I am hoping it can help keep inflammation at bay in other parts of my body. We both know that all meds or supplements don’t act rapidly. Takes days before it’s truly into someone’s bloodstream therefore I’m still waiting to feel some kind of effect on my foot. I purchased 2 of your 10 day packs to give it a try if I notice a huge difference then I’ll definitely buy a monthly supply. I’m taking pills morning’s and nights with lots of water on empty stomach. For others this supplement might work faster and miracles then there are those who have to be patient and hope for the best.

My 14 year old son took the starter kit for 1 week and it looks like the heel pain is slowly getting better.
