All purchases ship with flat-rate standard shipping (unless expedited shipping is chosen). Our orders should arrive within 3-7 business days.

Returns

We offer a first-time money-back guarantee on our starter pack only. If you are unhappy with your first purchase of the starter pack for any reason, please let us know, and we will offer you a refund. While we always try to offer the best and most convenient customer service possible, due to the nature of our products we are unable to process returns, refunds or exchanges for any additional orders or for any orders of our Daily Defense Kit.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of your complaint. Your feedback and suggestions will be helpful in creating a better experience for everyone!  Please send this to info@stepstrong.com. As our way to ensure you have the best experience, we do not require you to send back the product!

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you have not received a refund yet, it may be because of delays with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you checked with your bank and credit card companies and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@stepstrong.com. 

Note: If an order is returned to us because you refused delivery, we will charge the appropriate return costs and they will be deducted from your refund.
